Who we are

RE:NURO | Reframe - Rebrain is an app developed and operated by dAItaniverse (referred to in this policy as "we", "us" or "our"). If you have any questions about this policy, you can contact us at the details listed at the bottom of this page.

What data we collect and why

Account information

When you create an account, we collect:

• Your name or display name
• Your email address
• Your password (stored in encrypted form - we never see it in plain text)

This is used solely to create and manage your account and allow you to access your data across sessions and devices.

Journal entries and app content

RE:NURO allows you to write, save and reflect on your thoughts, feelings and experiences across your H-days and D-days. Any content you create within the app - journal entries, notes, reflections - is stored securely and is accessible only to you.

We do not read, analyse, or share your personal journal content with any third party.

App usage data

We may collect basic technical data to help us understand how the app is being used and to fix problems, including:

• Device type and operating system version
• App version
• Crash reports and error logs
• General usage patterns (which features are used, session length)

This data is aggregated and anonymised where possible and is used only to improve the app experience.

Payment information

RE:NURO is a paid app. All payments are processed through Google Play. We do not collect, store or have access to your payment card details. Please refer to Google's privacy policy for information on how payment data is handled.

Sensitive data

RE:NURO is designed for people with ADHD and AuDHD. As a result, the content you write within the app may be personal and sensitive in nature. We take this seriously.

• Your journal entries are private to you
• We do not use your content to train AI models
• We do not share your content with advertisers or third parties
• We do not profile you based on what you write

Notifications

RE:NURO may send you in-app notifications to support your daily use of the app. These are delivered within the app only. We do not send push notifications to your device without your explicit permission.

How we store your data

Your data is stored securely. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your account information and personal content. We retain your data for as long as your account is active.

If you delete your account, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict how we process your data
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format

Third party services

RE:NURO is built using Emergent. Their platform may process technical data as part of operating the app infrastructure. We recommend reviewing their privacy policy for full details of how they handle data at the platform level.

We do not use third-party advertising networks or sell your data to any third party.

Children

RE:NURO is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time as the app develops. We will notify you of any significant changes via the app. The date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
